The home is located on Sylvan Lake which is an all sports lake with abundant wildlife and great fishing perfect for sunset cruises. Located in the center of Oakland County, you quickly transition from this relaxed natural setting to the amazing local small town of Sylvan and Keego Harbor and minutes away to the dynamic upscale communities of Bloomfield Hills and Birmingham. There are many great restaurants locally to satisfy any culinary palette. There is a Costco , Kroger, Plumb Market, Trader Joe’s, and Meijer’s within 5 miles from the home. The nationally recognized Pine Knob outdoor music theater is 8.5 miles away. Other theater venues such as the Crofoot and Flagstar Strand theaters are 4 miles away in historic downtown Pontiac The second floor consists two furnished bedrooms with a full size bed in one bedroom and a queen size bed in the other with a full bath. .
