This fully furnished, 2 bedroom ranch house is located just minutes from the community of Cascade, Montana & blue ribbon fishing on the spectacular Missouri River! This cozy home offers modern amenities - coffee maker, microwave, stove & refrigerator. See deer, eagles, pheasants, hawks, & sandhill cranes in their natural habitat — some might even pose for photos! Livestock is close by so expect to hear & see them! Chestnut Valley House is a perfect country get-a-way without being too far away! Located 5 miles (including 3 miles of high grade gravel road) southeast of Cascade, MT in the beautiful Chestnut Valley. Public access points to the blue ribbon Missouri River are just a short drive. As our guest, you will have access to the house and the grassed yard around the house. There is lots of room for parking. You will have the entire home all to yourselves! We live further down the road at another site so if you need something , we are available but mostly we’ll just let you enjoy our piece of paradise! Because it is part of a working ranch, you may see us near the corrals to check on the livestock. Chestnut Valley House located approximately 5 miles from Cascade, 30 miles to Great Falls, and 70 miles from Helena. I-15 provides easy access.
