It is directly above local diners and cafes, and is a hop, skip, and a jump from the marketplace and the hospitals. It is also close driving distance from the Children's Zoo, the Dow Event Center, and other attractions! This one bedroom comes complete with a bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a queen-sized bed. It also features free parking directly below the apartment! Begin your day with the provided coffee and coffee maker, or stay in and enjoy the cozy atmosphere and the smart TV. End your night on your own private balcony and enjoy your stay. Just a heads up! Getting into the apartment involves walking up a flight of stairs, there is not an elevator to the building. Also, the window AC unit is the form of air conditioning and it works very well. There is also a control box for central air in the bedroom, but it is not connected. If you're checking in at night, there is a flood light below the balcony that makes entering the apartment easier! The light is fixed perfectly as to not disrupt you from inside the apartment. Lastly, the dumpster in the parking lot is available for your use as well, if need be!
