This recently renovated studio is lovely, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It's a terrace level apartment in a 5000 square foot luxury home, which is situated in a safe and high-end neighborhood. Nestled on the banks of the Rivanna River, the space is a separate and private 400sq ft open concept studio. Located on a 3-acre plot of land, bathed in sunlight with panoramic views of mature hardwood trees, this studio is simply lovely. It has a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, 2 burner stove top, sink, fridge and toaster oven. Your private bathroom is roomy with a shower, toilet, sink and full closet for storing your belongings. The main open room has a comfy queen bed with 10 pillows, quilt and a comforter as well as a comfy loveseat. Linens, towels & washcloths are all provided. The space is modern and chic. Enjoy gazing out the window at the surrounding greenery. It also has a smart TV so you can relax in bed with a glass of wine while enjoying your favorite shows. This is a perfect place to stay while enjoying the area’s vineyards, historical landmarks, hiking trails and UVa. Our local favorites include Cunningham Creek Winery, Fruit Hill Orchard, Wahoo BBQ, El Vaquero Restaurant, Villa Nova Pizza, Asian Cafe, The Monticello Trail, Spring Creek Golf Course, Pleasant Grove Trails, and more! We offer outdoor space for our guests to enjoy! We have a firepit with plentiful seating and a pavilion with hanging lights that create a magical ambiance. Bring your own wood and reserve the time you'd like to enjoy it! Our check-in and check-out process is contactless to maintain everyone's safety during Covid. We are happy to answer questions as they come up! The neighborhood is a quiet, safe and high-end community. The house is surrounded by walking trails and borders the river. Towering trees surround you so you'll enjoy the natural beauty of this area. The neighborhood is also perfect for exercising or taking a leisurely stroll! There is dedicated parking available for guests. While we have cell service and internet, both can be spotty at times - especially if the weather gets stormy. Cell service that runs off of Verizon towers will work best; AT&T works marginally; Sprint will not work. This is an ideal place to disconnect and relax! Also, when our guests enter the space, the terrace-level private entrance is on the side of the house (down a small but slightly steep hill). Guests with mobility issues may not be comfortable with this walk. Finally, country roads at night can be dark. Please make sure that's something you're comfortable with...We have outdoor lighting for your convenience.
