Gazebo in secluded garden for small get together

We designed a gated secret garden for our family to enjoy with friends and now we’re offering it for a small get together. Flowers and trees blooming in the spring until early fall gives it a resort feel making it the perfect location for intimate celebrations or very small events like wedding ceremonies of no more than 20 guests (up to 60 at a different rate) This Victorian Queen Ann home is located less than half an hour from midtown NYC. Please note that you are booking the outdoors area for a small event. It will also give you access to the apartment on the home ground floor for the kitchenette and the bathroom but if you’re only looking to spend the night there is a more reasonably priced listing for it. You’ll have a private entrance on the left hand side of the house next to the fountain that will give you access to the entire backyard. Also keep in mind that this fee is only for the space. Should you be interested in hosting a wedding ceremony and/or reception of more than 20 guests up to 60, we are a full service venue offering catering, planning, decor, flowers and furniture rental our fees start at $5000 during wedding season. This is a very quiet family neighborhood with great connections to Time Square by bus or by car located near routes 95/80 and 4. We have space for up to 8 cars in our driveway. Limited street parking is one of the reasons we can’t have more than 30 guests although there’s also free parking on the street. Please note this is a quiet family neighborhood and we’re very careful not to disturb our neighbors with loud noise or littering. We can only book to guests willing to respect house rules and the neighborhood peace. You must be 21 years or older to book and children should always be under adult supervision.
