Privacy indoors and lovely gardens and lawn for outdoor enjoyment. Nestled in a cozy valley just minutes from I81, Harrisonburg VA, and many great activities. " "We have built in a galley kitchenette for your convenience which is equipped with microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet and coffee maker in addition to a bar sink and 10 cu ft refrigerator. Our front porch is great for reading or just sitting and watching the wildlife in the woods and field across the road. Wander through the gardens or take a walk on country roads." After you park your car at the top of our driveway, get out and looking at the garage doors walk to your right and down the sidewalk on the front of the house. Go to the main front door on the porch, ring the bell and one of us will come and greet you. (Our lock box for keys is ordered but has not arrived yet.) Go up the stairs and enter your suite at the top of the stairs. Your bedroom/sitting room is down the hall to the right. You will have a key for that door but not one at the top of the stairs. There are two private spaces upstairs off the hall. Please do not enter these two areas. We enjoy meeting and greeting our guests according to your wishes and our availability. We are generally available by phone if we are not at home or we provide local contact info when we are out of the area. Only three other houses are visible to us and we are close to the end of our road. That said we are 10 minutes from Harrisonburg and five minutes from restaurants, Rockingham Park which has a great new walking track, a trampoline park, and a homemade ice cream shop among other things and a couple eateries.
