Knotty Pine Guesthouse near lovely Amish country!

Guests at this cozy, uniquely decorated 1950's home have a private living room with TV, bathroom, and small bedroom on first floor with large bedroom on second floor with TV. Each bedroom has a desk. There is a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. Coffee, tea, fruit, OJ, milk, cereal, bread for toast, butter and jam are supplied. My location is close to lovely parks (beautiful Roland park a 3 minute walk) antique shops, Amish country and lovely Lancaster city. Guests have private front porch and entrance. The private spacious living room is sunny and welcoming. Has a private bathroom on 1st floor. The bedroom upstairs with queen sized bed, has knotty pine walls with some vintage decorations. Smaller bedroom with double sized bed is located on first floor. Your space of living room, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom is completely private as well as the entrance. I have off street parking with private driveway. Although you have your private space, I live on the other side of the house so I will generally be available to greet you when you arrive. Beautiful Roland Park is a 3 minute walk from my home and Rails to Trails (Linear park) walking/biking trail is close by. MCC as well as a grocery store is within walking distance. Ephrata Community Hospital, The Cloisters, Green Dragon Farmers Market, Ten Thousand Villages are are all a 5 or 10 minute drive. Many antique shops close by. The turnpike is a 15 minute drive. Bus stop is a 10 minute walk. It will take you to Lancaster City, Amish country, Park City Mall, and many outlet stores, if you prefer not to drive. There is a car rental 5 minutes away. If you have a car, it's a 20 minute drive depending on traffic. There are many wonderful restaurants close by as well as numerous fruit and vegetable stands. Nearby Ephrata playhouse puts on wonderful plays. The popular Fulton Opera House and American Music Theater is a 20 minute drive. There is absolutely beautiful farmland all around us.
