The Ocean and Pond House

We are across the street from Charlestown beach. Beautiful views of Ocean and Ninigret Pond. With 7 miles of beautiful ocean beach, also in our backyard is Ninigret Pond. If staying a week or more call for better rates for longer stays, during the period of October through March. Also ask about cancellation rule changes for Fall/Winter stays, cancellation policy is relaxed for winter. The firm booking is mainly to protect Spring and Summer rental weeks. Cottage has the 'wow' factor when you walk in. This is not your typical cottage, ocean views and pond views. Cross the street and walk 300' to ocean or Ninigret Pond. We have 1980sq ft, hardwoods throughout the house, and a washer/dryer. We have a full house filtration system with UV and an additional kitchen sink filtration system, so the water you drink goes through 6 filters and a UV before it reaches your glass. A large screened-in porch which acts as an extension to living room. Decks on the front of the house (ocean side) and in the rear, pond views. We have two suites, the ocean facing suite is what you'd expect of a grand suite , king size bed, private bath , walk-in closet, 5ft shower stall and a private deck. There is a second suite, pond facing, which has a deck and large full bath, this room has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a full size bed. We are on stilts. We have a full service kit. Plenty of parking, House is insulated with closed cell insulation wall, floors and cap. Which keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Chill and Relax: Go home with great memories! More information: The stove is a gas with convection oven Full walk-in pantry to store all your items and keep kitchen more organized for your stay. Keep a/c on or open sliders, to a full screened in deck. The cross ventilation is amazing. Sunsets visible from decks (front and back) and from windows. List of important amenities: Location!!! New Construction (10 years young) walk-way to the beach is 300' to the left of house; Tempur-pedic mattresses; Central Air; ,hardwoods no rugs, no musty smell; Hardwoods everywhere ; All new appliances; including washer and dryer (detergent for washer and dishwasher will be supplied) well thought-out design; 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, plus an outside shower; large decks off both sides of house,decks off both second floor bedrooms as well.
