Cleveland Cottage

Enjoy a private 672 sq. ft. guesthouse on top floor of detached garage (situated beside our main house but faces the back of property). Sit on front porch to enjoy pool view. Two king beds accommodate four adults or two adults with 2-3 kids. Property is in a quiet setting surrounded by the Northeast Georgia mountains and a short drive to local wedding venues, Truett McConnell University and Yonah Mountain. Guesthouse is easily accessible from major highways and close to Cleveland Walmart. 4610 We purchased our home in Summer 2020 and immediately began to renovate the pool house, aptly named Cleveland Cottage. It is a 672-square-foot space directly above our detached garage facing the pool. Inside, you will find a full bathroom with stand up shower, a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave and full-sized fridge, along with all the necessary essentials for a short-term stay (such as a coffee maker, single pot coffee servings and fixings!) We also have a white noise maker to help you sleep your best at night. The main studio area includes two king size beds, a couch with footrests, a table with four chairs, dresser drawers, a small desk and chair, and a TV with Amazon Fire Stick. During warmer months, you will have full access to our pool. We have plenty of floats and towels for you, but be aware that we may also be using the pool ourselves in the summer.
