The Studio ~ An Ozark Hideaway

Summary: Conveniently located near area attractions, this modern rustic Studio offers a cozy setting for your Ozark getaway. The open concept cabin offers a newly renovated kitchen and has a full bed with memory foam mattress, built in bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large covered porch or gather around the fire pit in the evenings with the ones you love. Rental Rules ~Check in is 4:00 PM / Check out is 11:00 AM -a fee will be charged for late checkout ~No Smoking in or near the Cabin ~Dogs are allowed, with Pet Fee ~No loud noise or parties ~UTV's ATV’s and Campers are not allowed Cancellation Policy 85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. No date change will be made 7 days before arrival or closer on any booking channel. Please note that no exceptions will be made to the Cancellation Policy, and that we strongly suggest purchasing Trip Insurance that would cover last minute cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen emergencies. The Space: This cabin is dog-friendly, with an additional $50 pet fee (MAX 2 dogs). Sorry, no cats allowed.
