Other spaces around the 5.2 acres may be shared with other guests. This one-of-a-kind property is in an excellent location, close to the Susquehanna River, making boating, fishing and kayaking easy--especially with a pavilion, playground and boat ramp within a 1/4 mile from the property. There is also a bike trail along the river. Close to Nook Sports (12 miles), Hersheypark(19 miles), and all the Lancaster attractions (19 miles). It has original floors and windows. Please treat the property with respect so it can be enjoyed by future guests. Note: Please don't open the windows except in emergencies! They are original to the house and can't be replaced. There is central air/heat in the house for your comfort. No parties (defined as any gathering of people that exceeds the number of registered guests). Written permission is needs from the owners for any additional visitors.
