Licensed with the City of Austin, my house is the perfect spot to enjoy this wonderful town. The area around my listing has everything you could want or need. I live in the 78704 zip code- which is probably the coolest area in Austin - just ask any Austinite. Safety and cleanliness are very important to us especially during these times, please know that we do everything to make sure you are walking into a very clean and safe house. Less than 2 miles from downtown and 5-10 minute walk to Zilker Park, Barton Springs Pool, and the hike and bike trail as well as several bars, restaurants and theaters- Alamo Drafthouse, The Topfer, The Long Center, Palmer Auditorium, The Highball, The Picnic (food trucks), Uchi, Odd Duck, Chuys, Shady Grove, Baby Acapulco's, Ramen Tatsuya, The Gibson, Broken Spoke and Maria's Tacos. Less than a 5 minute car ride to the Continental Club, C-Boys and an array of cool shopping on South Congress Ave, as well as just 7 minutes from the downtown area and the convention center. Don’t feel like driving? You can hop on the Cap Metro Bus, call Uber or Lyft or rent a bike at one of the many Austin B-Cycle locations.
