Our location in the Bucks County town of Upper Black Eddy is perfect for nature lovers, foodies, art enthusiasts, or anybody who wants to enjoy some peace and quiet. We love meeting our guests but make sure we do our best to give you privacy and quiet. The Delaware Canal State Park runs through the backyard and makes hiking, biking, walking and nature loving so convenient. There's a cozy coffee roaster/breakfast/lunch place about a 10 minute walk down the trail. Excellent local restaurants and shops. Check out Ringing Rocks Park. The Canoer's Cottage was once the carriage house for the main home. The cottage is a completely separate building but located close to the main home. The property is river front but has a road that runs between the cottage and river. The cottage is set back from the road.
