Beautiful, quiet, cozy, safe and convenient house in the trees. Cleanliness, adequacy, thoughtful touches, and immersion into nature while still being close to the city is what you can expect from our place. Also, if you are into bird watching, there is a lot to see including woodpeckers. Less than 10 minutes to Ritter Park, Marshall University, Cabell Huntington Hospital, downtown Huntington; 15 minutes to Huntington Tri State Airport; shopping mall; 2 minutes to I-64, etc. Being on a hill, though, this house’s lower level still gets plenty of sunlight and a view of the woods. The windy, hilly road that leads here and the steps one has to take to get down an incline to the house suggest that this place is not going to work for people with mobility challenges. The space is good for family group up to 4 people with 2 kids (just ask if you have a group with more than 2) No visitors to the room! Entire spacious room and private tranquil deck! My husband is currently working for Marshall University. I am a housewife who spend couple hours of my day giving free English lessons to kids under 10 years old from Vietnam and the rest of my day to take care of our beautiful houses in order to make sure every single guest will have the best experiences with us. My husband is also the handyman who can fix any problems which may happen to our houses and I am the person who answers any questions you may have before, during and after your stay. We love socializing with guests if they have time and I am available to answer any questions either by phone or messages! We have been working so hard to serve our guests with the hope they are satisfied with our services. We love hosting guests from different backgrounds. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. 3-minute walking to Christ Temple Church. 5-minute walking to the top of a mountain where you can enjoy the beautiful view of Huntington. For runners there is a nice trail along a creek close by leads to Ritter Park with tennis court, kids playground, amphitheater, ect. Friendly owners live in the house and are available most of the time to answer questions from guests.
