Papa's Room - 3 Sisters Inn (No Breakfast)

The inn is a beautifully restored Victorian Queen Anne with wrap around porch. We are just four blocks from Baker, making us a favorite for Baker parents and guests. Papa's Room - It features a queen bed and its own en suite bathroom with a whirlpool claw-foot tub. Built in 1903, Three Sisters Inn is a beautiful, Victorian Queen Anne style home with wrap around porch, exquisitely decorated with period furnishings. Built by the Ripley family, their three daughters– Della Rose, Melissa, and Edith lived in the home until the 1950s. Following years of private ownership as well as housing apartments and offices, the home was moved to its present location and lovingly restored in 1995. The inn is conveniently located halfway between Kansas City and Topeka. We are just four blocks from Baker University, making ours the favorite room to stay in for parents and guests visiting the university or Baldwin City community events. Jayhawk fans will appreciate that Lawrence, home of the University of Kansas, is only 15 minutes away. Guests will have full use of the public areas of the first floor of the inn. This does not include the kitchen. Complimentary coffee, tea, water, sodas, and snack are provided. There is a mini-frig and coffee maker in the room. The inn sits by its self on a 3.5 acre lot. We like to call it our private park.
