Dreamed up by a brother and sister construction/design team, Bermuda Blue is thoroughly modern with a clean aesthetic. Construction was just completed in 2017 and everything is brand new and built to the highest construction standards. All windows are impact resistant and noise reducing with blackout shades. The bedroom consist of 1 KING bed with a brand new medium firm high quality mattress. The 2nd and 3rd beds are futon style sofa bed, they measure about 44" wide & 67 " long , they are on the firm side, during the day ,they are the 2 blue sofas in living room as shown in photos, at night can be converted to futon sleeper , ok for few night sleep , may meant for young kids & not for adults. There are four rental units available. We have one handicap accessible unit PLEASE SPECIFY IN YOUR REQUEST IF YOU REQUIRE THIS TYPE OF A UNIT. All linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a set of beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella. Also, a convenient beach bag for use during your stay. There is a BBQ grill and seating area in the courtyard for guests to enjoy, also 2 hammocks to relax on .
