Guests staying in the small Suite have no acess to backyard or hot tub. Enjoy having your breakfast on the deck or enjoy a glass of wine by the outdoor gas fire-pit in the evening. This backyard doesn't come more private! With birds and squirrels this sunny Outdoor deck is complete with hot tub, relaxing chairs by the gas fire-pit, large umbrellas, French black iron dining table and chairs. There is also Wood fire pit. We have now added beautiful sculptures from the Burl Ives estate to our landscaped back yard with chicken garden. Complete laundry room. This home is quite an unexpected gem!The only thing shared about this property is the driveway! When you arrive please park on right side of driveway. When you exit your car go to the right and through the gate. The door will be open with key inside. Full private access to King bedroom, living room, dining room, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, deck and hot tub. Our home is come and go as you please but we are always available to call or help in any way if needed. We have instructions on everything, phone numbers and wifi passwords as well. We are happy to meet everyone and are available to text or call anytime. Our goal and aim has been for our guests to have a wonderful experience and enjoy our hidden gem! This home is located in a very quiet de sac and yet we are minutes from everywhere. We are just of highway 20. Theatres, shops, restaurants, bus system, grocery stores, gas stations all just minutes away. We are located just one mile from I 5 . Bike/walking path just a minute away. For those of you who have dogs there is a fabulous field a walking minute away. Bus system very close as well. Other things to note ..We also have a few chickens. Again ...This suite is adjacent to another smaller suite . The only shared space is the driveway.
