Delightful space in historic small town.

Two bedrooms with shared bath, coffee and wifi. We are in downtown Montross, next door to a family-friendly brewery, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds. USB ports. Keurig coffee pot, coffee provided. Mini-fridge. Sheets and towels changed weekly or after each guest, whichever is sooner. Cleaning weekly or after each guest. You will have access and control of the entire upstairs at all times. Entry is through a wine bistro which is open on Saturday and Sunday evenings. Guests have a code for admittance at any time. Owner lives in building, in a separate apartment, is usually available. Montross is a charming small town, friendly and walkable. It is located in the historic Northern Neck of Virginia. Several historical sites, including George Washington's Birthplace and Stratford Hall, the home of the Lees, are within twenty minutes' drive. Also near are Westmoreland State Park and numerous wineries. The section of town where the airbnb is located is residential with two businesses: a brewery and the wine bistro which is a part of this property. Everything is accessible by car, parking is easy, and there is little traffic.
