Tucked into woods, but conveniently off Rt.113 highway & 30 min from ALL beaches. Located on private Lake, sit by fire pit, Verandas or hardscaped waters-edge enjoying a glass of wine or cup of coffee- whatever it is that makes you feel relaxed is here for you! This sprawling, private Estate House is 6,500 sq. Ft. & each room has its own private bath. We are also a Venue & there may be an outdoor wedding or deck area event going on for 4-6 hours maximum- you will be notified before check-in. Party Guests are not permitted in Airbnb hallway with rooms, each airbnb room has its own lock & key for added security. There are 4 Airbnb rooms with private baths sharing this estate home. There is also an airbnb rental cottage on the property & a full walk out private basement. Common areas are shared by ALL & includes use of only When available: kitchen, family room, dining room, foyer, foyer powder room& all outdoor areas. There is a king bed & surf board in the corner. -There is an added safe in the closet space. -The Aloha room is one of the largest bedrooms featured in this estate, boasting a king sized bed enclosed by a modern brushed gold canopy frame. -The private en-suite bath is completely tiled from floor to ceiling with the original light green tile from 1962. The old is modernized with a new Deep navy blue vanity with white marble counter top & new brushed gold faucet. Be gentle with one of the original commercial grade, wall-mount toilets left in the house in the Aloha bathroom, it has its own water closet. The single shower stall is the original deep pan,cast-iron base with original tile surround. The water-skis hanging on the wall are the owners original skis her father taught we her to ski growing up boating on the Indian Bay here as a kid. -Guests Can access, (when available & not in use) Kitchen, with refrigerator, laundry room, family room, foyer, powder room, all outdoor terraces, patios, pool, canoe. -Basement Area: Private -Parking: Any Space that is open Always available if needed for a relaxing chat, nearby info or any issue that may need resolved **They are currently building a Championship golf course (Plantation Lakes) right up to the driveway of the estate.** Car, Uber, bike -All children must be supervised in all areas at all times. -We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property. -There are many things to do on the estate grounds & see in the area, the estate borders plantation lakes brand new public Golf course (finishing construction) public Golf club, which is currently building their golf course right up to my property - the public club house ( the landing) can be reached by car or the golf cart on the property. -Millsboro offers - Blue Water Grill, The Plate & Pallate, La Tanalteca Mexican, Pizza King & Pizza Palace There are also several wineries within 20 min- such as Salted Vines Vineyard & Windmill Creek Vineyard, Costa Ventosa Winery, Breweries such as Big Oyster, Dog fish head, Missippillion, Crooked Hammock all 20 min away in Lewes or Rehoboth area, -Millsboro is tucked slightly inland away from the hustle to the beach area & is conveniently accessible to The Indian River, Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey, Fenwick, Bethany & Ocean City MD.
