It is completely separate from the Main House. The Main House may be rented to you as an option and may or may not have additional guests, but this section of the property is private to you. A GAS GRILL is provided on your deck patio Starter propane is provided complimentary with your stay. Your additional propane refills are subject to your expense. Simply disconnect the gas tank and take it to the nearest gas station and swap out. All unused propane remains personal property of the unit and is donated forward to the next guest. Reasonable clean up of grill should be performed upon conclusion of use to avoid additional cleaning fee. MASSAGE TABLE - BEST FOR COUPLES is available for rental upon request. This service is highly popular for couples. The rental is $20 for the entire stay. Price includes set-up, breakdown, disinfecting of table, fresh linen and towels. Guest should bring appropriate massage oil. For the purposes of this rental, a tub shower is available for your use in the master bathroom. The stand-up shower is not available as it is going to be converted into a sauna in the summer of 2022. Two yoga mats are available in the unit. Long term plans include construction of a pool and hot tub for the complex. Pets are permitted on a pre-approved basis despite submitting initial fee. If instant booking is used, host decision on pet permission to occupy prevails. A pet fee is charged for the duration of up to 5-days stay and may be changed subject to the size of pet Every portion of the unit must be cleaned and the small fee covers the attention by the cleaning unit. Small size of the pet does not reduce minimum pet fee. In addition, pets experience anxiety in new spaces especially when left alone. The unit prohibits pet to remain alone in unit should the pet exhibits actions such as excessive barking (dogs particularly), whereas the noise impacts neighbors, or temporary guests in Main House. If guest is notified of a violation, guest must take the pet with them. Permission to occupy unit with the pet may be withdrawn at any time by host. There are no refunds for host demand for removal of pet from occupancy subject to this pet noise violation. For TV, we provide free content on Amazon Video. Wifi is fiberoptic and though Internet is needed for owners home office real estate business, there may be times beyond our control if internet is out. Guest should also know we pay for the highest bandwidth available. For 2021, service interruptions happened 4x lasting 24-hours or less. All happened in winter months. Winter Weather: Should snow happen, a contract exists with a plow service; extremely reliable. We do not remove snow from your personal vehicle.
