Enjoy our spacious home to yourselves! We cater to groups & so does our driveway & grounds! We have DIRECT ACCESS to the MI Trale system for miles of sporting fun. Our XXXL asphalt parking provides plenty of space for easy maneuver of many large trailers. Inside you will find a well appointed, full kitchen w/many complimentary amenities as well as complimentary laundry & detergent. Enjoy plenty of space inside to relax! We want your stay to be memorable while you enjoy adventure and relaxation! We just added a second full bathroom!!! We clean, disinfect and sanitize surfaces using bleach and Lysol products and follow Air BNB's cleaning protocols. No need to take your trash with you! We have a dumpster on site for your convenience. We do provide sleeping for 16, but our spacious home has plenty of floor space for extra guests who can provide their own sleep surface (extra charges apply per person). Need to park an RV during your stay? Ask us - we can work out the details! We will accommodate you every way we can. The whole house and grounds are yours to enjoy -- no shared spaces. Our keyless entry allows our guests independent and flexible check-ins! Prior to their stay - on the day of check-in, our guests are provided a four digit access code unique to them. We are a family business - each of us are only a phone call away and a hop, skip and a jump away to assist in any way we can. We only live a few miles from this rental and though we are still doing some work on the grounds, we will unlikely be working during your stay. Our home is set in a rural setting right on US 45. Just down the road is a local farm and as you sit on our deck, you can often hear the vocalizations of the farm animals. We have direct access to the MI Trale System for miles of sporting fun and hiking, and an XXXL asphalt parking space for easy maneuver of many trucks, trailers and boats. Though we are in a rural setting, we are only a couple miles from the business district of Ontonagon where you will find local shops, restaurants and bars, our museum, a grocery store, Churches, a hardware store, two automotive parts stores, public beaches along Lake Superior, the Ontonagon Marina and fishing docks, and we are just moments away from the Porcupine Mountains. We hope you don't need it, but our local Aspirus Hospital is just a few miles away as well. We are in a safe neighborhood with double locking doors. Our green space is quite large for all your outdoor activities, events and family time. Ontonagon offers a local On-Tran bus service on the week days during regular business hours. We have direct winter MI Trail access from our grounds for all winter sports. No need to trailer! One thing Ontonagon doesn't have is a stop light - pure country, relaxed driving. Take a walk along the boardwalk by the mighty Ontonagon River or along the shores of Lake Superior. Just a few miles away is a play ground near the Ontonagon Twp. Park. The Porcupine Mountains are just moments away for your hiking and sight seeing pleasure! This home was 98% renovated inside. We are continuing to improve our grounds from continuing to tidy up the very large green space, to improving our fire pit area in the near future. A second full bath, including a tub, was just completed in May of 2021!
