With just one and a half baths, a full kitchen, a 4-person hot tub, a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, and a queen Murphy bed in the game room inside this pet-friendly house, this home leaves you wanting more. The gas fireplace in the living room provides a romantic and relaxing ambiance. Sit by it as you watch your favorite show on the 42” flat-screen television while cozying up under a blanket. Stream your favorite music using the fast-running wireless internet, or head to the lower level and play a game of pool. Spend time in the spacious sunroom that overlooks Lake Monroe. Soaring Eagle Cabin sits in a private location, yet you'll find it's close to Brown County State Park (8 miles), Nashville (17 miles), Bloomington (17 miles), and Columbus (30 miles). Each pet is subject to a $75 fee. If you have a large party and need more room, Lake House cabin is next door. **Soaring Eagle sits close to the lake and has a fairly steep drive. It is helpful if you have a front-wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicle. Make sure you drive slowly when descending the hill and maintain a steady speed. There is a designated parking spot at the top of the hill (if needed). ALL EVENTS, DAY GUESTS, AND PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
