Stainless steel appliances Whole house fan & AC (solar panels!) A spacious and private fenced yard with large pool/spa and plenty of seating and lounging areas including a BBQ. A screened-in large porch/patio area that includes seating and dining areas, an outdoor TV, outdoor fridge, sink and elliptical machine. Outdoor toilet and shower. Large upper VIEW deck off the master bedroom with seating for amazing sunset viewing or stargazing. All areas are available for guests to access except for the garage, where our personal belongs are stored. There are storage areas on the side of the house and back patio if outdoor storage is needed. There is access to an enclosed laundry area. We will be available to assist with any issues or concerns. Trabuco Highlands neighborhood is known for it's quiet and tranquil setting, with abundant views, FABULOUS weather and close proximity to nature trails, yet mid-way between L.A. and San Diego. The beach is an easy drive, as is shopping and major tourist destinations. You also have access to the neighborhood park, playground, community olympic size pool. The 241 tollroad easily connects with the 5 and 405 leading to all of Southern California. Please note that this is a family neighborhood and that loud, disruptive parties/large gatherings are prohibited. We are in the "highlands" meaning we live up a pretty decent-size hill (Saddleback foothills), so personal transportation is a must, although trails are within hiking and biking distance and there is public transportation less than 2 miles away (down the hill). We are looking for conscientious guests who will be respectful of our home and neighbors. We also are open to allowing a well-behaved dog with an additional $150 (end of stay) cleaning. We also welcome longer 2-9 month stays. Please inquire for longer stay discounts via airbnb message. Please note our community pool closes for the winter months mid-October and will be open according local laws/guidance pertaining to the COVID 19. Of course our pool/spa will be available for your year-round use which includes and outdoor shower and toilet room. Please note excessive increase in utilities (gas above $100 per month) for heating the pool during the fall/winter will be the responsibility of the tenant. Prior to your arrival our home will be professionally deep cleaned. Available optional bi-monthly housekeeping (depending on your preference) Weekly pool service and gardener services provided. A rental contract will be emailed for signing immediately upon booking which must be returned within 72 hours to confirm reservation.
