The Wright Place Efficiency Apartment

Precious, cozy efficiency apartment with a queen size Serta sofa bed and a full size 8” foam loft bed. Full kitchen with large bar for eating. All dishes and pots and pans supplied. Nice big shower. Private entrance with pergola and fire pit. Everything is brand-spankin’ new! One hour from Chattanooga and one hour from Nashville, with hiking and nature sites within 20-30 minutes. If you are arriving late in the evening, you may make a request for the sofa bed to be made prior to your arrival. The pergola is for guest use, along with the small fire pit and the propane light. There is also a nice play area suitable for children 2 - 6 years. You are welcome to use all of the outside area except pool. We love having guests and enjoy meeting new people. However, we believe that our guests should have their space. If you need us, we are right next door and will be happy to respond to your requests. Guests are welcome to come over and say hey and visit but we will not invade your privacy. The apartment is located 2 miles from a small grocery store, gas station and a Dollar General. Walmart and plenty of restaurants are right up the road about 8 miles. We are located in a rural area and There is no public transportation in the area. You will need your own vehicle to get around. The apartment is attached to our home. We are more than happy to help with whatever you need but will respect your privacy.
