Originally a single family Victorian home that was built in 1914 and turned into a duplex in the 40's. Only 3 blocks from the pleasure pier and Murdocks, seawall, and beach. Sleeps 7 people comfortably. I'm looking forward to hosting your vacation on the Island! Stay at my house to make your Galveston Island vacation affordable. Please contact me with any questions you may have! Just off 25th on Avenue P with access to downtown and the seawall; only 1 mile from the historic "down town" Strand area. More information The space Stairs to the upper unit. There is a separate downstairs unit that may be booked as well. I have relationships with many local businesses for my guests. Check out the local venues. I have a book of places to visit and maybe some freebees or discounts in the unit. Guest access There is not a back yard, but there is plenty of green space around for your dogs. Interaction with guests I'm totally flexible. If you need something and I'm around I can answer in person. I will respond by text quickly. Other things to note: Smoking is only allowed outside on the front porch. Dogs must be approved and potty trained.
