Gas BBQ on the lower pool deck.  TV's located in all bedrooms and on the lower and upper decks.  Plenty of space for two families to enjoy. Golf Cart, Bikes, Kayak, Paddle Boards Included For those guests wanting to use the Equipment provided, we do require a signed waiver for anyone 18 or older.  The Golf Cart provided requires anyone 25 plus to sign a golf cart agreement. We are pet friendly!  Pre-approved pets , a signed pet agreement and pet fee paid in full will be needed. Due to allergies, no cats are allowed in this home.
