Head to the basement game room for pool, games, and puzzles or to relax and watch movies! Head outside for a dip in the hot tub or to gather around the outdoor fire pit for a night of fun! This home sleeps 12+, with 3 1/2 baths in the Grafton Notch area of Maine and has many things to do within a close drive. Sunday River (5 mins) is one of New England’s premier ski resorts; stop by the Sunday River Brewery after a day on the slopes for awesome craft beers. Head into downtown Bethel (10 mins) for local restaurants, coffee shops, bars and boutiques. Venture to the Notch (8 miles) and discover hiking trails and swimming holes. Explore the Androscoggin River that flows through the area by renting tubes, kayaks or canoes and floating the day away! The entire house, we want you to make it your home away from home! We can interact as much or as little as you'd like! We are always a phone call away! Many of the attractions that make Maine special are right around the corner! Skiing, Snowmobiling, kayaking, hiking trails are just some of the many things you can find in the area. 4 wheel drive is a plus in the winter months in Maine but not a necessity! The closest airport is located in Portland ME. Air conditioning for the hot summer months is a plus!
