The apartment has a marble bathroom, large bedroom with queen sized bed, 50" TV, sonos speaker, dresser and closet, and living room with a leather sofa, 65" tv, desk, fast 400 mbps WiFi, and another Sonos speaker. The building entrance has two exterior stairs to access the lobby. I have a small folding ramp for guests who require wheelchair access. I am committed to following the 38 page airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol-- The big change for me was not using plant-based cleaning products-- Not at this apartment or in my own. I still steam clean-- But now the last step is either Lysol, or Control III Disinfectant Germicide (This is a hospital grade disinfectant for both soft and hard surfaces), or Sani-Cloth HB Germicidal Disposable Wipes, or for laundry an in wash lysol laundry sanitizer. So it's large, tastefully decorated, one bedroom apartment with a dining alcove -- it is super clean, has high quality bed linens and bath towels, a leather sofa, spacious desk to work from home, apt is 740 ft.²-- Spectrum cable and upgraded high speed Internet. Small pullman/galley kitchen with a window and has been updated with haier stainless steel refrigerator, haier microwave and haier gas range— all bought new in 2019. There is also a dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, pots and pans, glasses, utensils and dishes etc. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Full service building with 24/7 doorman and live in super. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and upon request for an additional guest fee, a twin roll-a-way bed in the living room. The laundry room is in the building basement-- there are 5 washing machines and 5 dryers. Its card operated-- I provide a laundry card that you can refill as needed on the machine in the laundry room. I live close by and am available by phone and text to answer questions and happy to help you with local info and resources. Great midtown east location— walk to Bloomingdales, St Patricks Cathedral, Central Park, the United Nations, Grand Central Station and multiple Subway Stations. M 6 E at Lexington Ave 0.25 miles The Vanderbilt YMCA is on the same block and has a gym and swimming that is now open for vaccinated members-- they do offer a monthly membership. CVS across the street (before the pandemic it was 24/7, but now I think they close 11 pm-- best check with them--and fedex/Kinkos in next door building. 24/7 Morton Williams Grocery Store on 2nd Ave and E 49th St. Citibike station on same block (2 helmets in the apartment to borrow) 5 minute walk to either the United Nations or Grand Central Station — 2 minute walk to local subway and nyc bus stops. The building is non-smoking. You are not allowed to smoke in the apartment or in any common area of the building. New York city law and condo rule.
