1 bdrm apartment offers living room, eat-in kitchen, bedroom with closet and bathroom with stand up shower stall. A parking lot has been created in 2020 & our guests have 2 reserved parking spaces. We offer HIGH-Speed Wifi. Great place for student, work trip, or just place to stay for few nights while in town. Located on West Side (not in prestige neighborhood) nearby Arterial highway, Saranac Brewery & Utica College, Shopping Center, Downtown, close to everything. This place has its charm of little old with some new. The apartment is part of the multi-unit building on the 3rd floor - a fully furnished living room with a couch that unfolds into a bed, reading chair, office desk/study area. The bedroom offers a full-size bed, closet & nightstand. The kitchen has a table, sink, microwave, hot plate for cooking & utensils. From the bedroom window, you can see the sunrise and tall building downtown, and from the living room watch beautiful sunsets. Guest have access to shared porch & parking. Parking in the back of the house - park in a designated space for guests. Street parking available 6 am-2 am; no street parking during night hours between 2 am-6 am. My availability varies - just check in with me if you interested in interaction or socialization. I'm willing to orient guests to Utica/Mohawk Valley area & point out the best spots. The neighborhood is culturally diverse as one of the Utica's know facts. It contain growing families, elderly & singles. Street can be busy during the weekdays due to school right up the street & quick access to highways(Arterial). There is public transportation on the corner that goes to Business park, passing by Utica College or Downtown. In walking distance to Saranac(Thursday nights) & Genesee St. For more convenient way of getting around I would suggest Cab or Uber/Lyft. Mohawk Valley is unique. Come explore the treasures of Utica and nearby places. The nearby grocery store is 3 min ride - Bargain Grocery, 6 min ride - Price Chopper. 5 min to ride to Stanley Theater.
