Stay at cozy home with stars & nature in S.Utica

Very private house with large park like yard and nonfunction railroad trail behind it, good for private walks. Back porch is nice to view sunsets. Spacious bedroom and comfortable layout between living room, dining room and kitchen. We accept pets with understanding that you will pick up after them. If any damages occur from pets, guest is responsible for it, claim will be made via Airbnb against security deposit. This space is cozy with spacious bedroom and everything you need for home away from home. Guest have access to first floor and backyard. No access to basement. We are call or txt msg away. It’s nice neighborhood near by everything Taxi, uber or lyft. Two blocks from public transportation.
