The unit was completely renovated in 2019. Everything is new, plumbing, cabinets, electricity, furniture, and appliances. Shopping, restaurants, and major attractions, for example, WPAFB, National Air Force Museum, Wright State, Kings Island, UD, Lacomedia Dinner Theater Waynesville, and Lebanon. And much more... Our unique property is located on South Main Street in the historic district of Springboro. It is a charming tree-lined street. You will find several unique Boutiques, gift shops, and restaurants within walking distance. It is truly a charming place to stay. We are close to Waynesville, Lebanon, Centerville, Franklin, and Miamisburg. Austin Landing is located 5 miles north where you will find fast food and unique fine dining and shopping. There is one of the best grocery stores in Ohio approx 2 miles north called Dorothy Lane market. There are several biking lanes throughout the city of Springboro. Waynesville and Lebanon are close by. We are an easy driving distance to Kings Island (20 minutes) the University of Dayton, (20 minutes), Wright State University (20 minutes) Downtown Dayton (20 minutes) Lacomedia Dinner theater (5 minutes). There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance to Stayin on Main. We are not close to public transportation. A car is recommended. On occasion, you can get an Uber but not guaranteed. We can help you find a cab service is needed. There is a security camera monitoring the entrance door.
