The Airdrie Caravansary

Looking for a wonderfully quiet and convenient location in the Paoli area for a long-term stay then welcome to East Central Ave and stay at The Airdrie Caravansary for 31 days or more. Close to shops, restaurants, walking trails, and the Paoli train station. This is a private in-law suite attached to the property, but with its own separate entrance and a patio. A kitchen is set up with white cabinets with new appliances including a toaster oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a refrigerator. It is quite spacious an apartment like environment and ideal for working remotely with good quality WiFi and dozens of amenities. The guests have the entire space inside the suite and they can use the patio area as well. Patio furniture and charcoal grill is provided outside. The best way to reach me is via text message from AirBnB. My phone is mostly silent due to office meetings during the daytime. The East Central Ave is ideally located close to many good quality restaurants, grocery stores, Paoli AMTRAK station, and Airdrie forest walking trails. The place comes under the T/E school district which is in the number one school district in Pennsylvania in public school ratings. The neighborhood is well known and admired due to its best school rating in the state. Paoli Amtrak Station Public Transport rout 92 and 106 at Darby Rd and Lancaster Ave The minimum stay requirements are 31 days or more implemented by the local township. The property is near the Airdrie forest and at times, the guest could see deer on the property which will run away once they see humans. The property is equipped with a backup natural gas generator in case of regular electric power failures. A weekly test run is scheduled for every Tuesday around 09:00 AM EST. This test run will result in 10 minutes of generator noise. In the bedroom area, there is an electrical panel behind a door next to the mirror. In rare cases, if the breaker needs to be turned on from the off position, the host may request access to the room for 5 minutes to turn the breaker to the on position.
