The home features 3 bedrooms, (please note: 3rd bedroom is a detached bunkhouse) 2 full bathrooms, spacious living room, full kitchen and big dining room. You will love the large back deck overlooking the creek, complete with fire pit, gas grill and outdoor dining table. Clean and cozy family Cottage with lots of extras. A large knotty pine living room gives the cottage an “Up North” feel. A large dining room and fully equipped kitchen with range, microwave, toaster, griddle, crockpot and Keurig coffee maker (bring your own K-cups). The space can accommodate 6 people. The first room with a king bed. The second with a queen bed & twin loft bed. The third bedroom is a DETACHED BUNKHOUSE with a full bed & twin loft bed. The bunkhouse is perfect for kids or teens. (Please note- the bunkhouse has an AC unit, but no heat.) We provide bed linens, dish towels and bath towels (please bring your own beach towels). We also have a washer/dryer for your use. Other amenities include central air, Wi-Fi, TV, (NO CABLE. Streaming available through TV & DVD player or bring your own streaming device.) DVD player/DVD’s, board games, Xbox 360 with games (in bunkhouse). You will have full use of the home including one bay of the garage (equipped with air compressor and shop vac). 3 kayaks, a flat bottom row boat, life jackets, 3 cruiser bicycles and a gas grill.
