That 70's House

This 2 Br/2 Ba 70's style home on 2 acres is spacious. This home has all the modern comforts with a retro twist to it. 1/2 mile to route 1, and right next to Bayhealth Hospital. Fenced doggy play ground in the backyard and a 2 car garage and every room has its own temperature control. After every guest stays with us we do a complete cleaning with a virus/germ killing cold fogger machine, you can feel safe staying here. The home is near the HWY 1, which accesses most Delaware Beaches and 1 1/2 miles to Bay Health Hospital. This well maintained home was built in 1976, the home as been renovated, but the 70's vibe still exist through out. The rooms are spacious but cozy, with wireless internet and cable. The office space serves as a private bedroom and a den area with fireplace. Not to mention the excellent laundry room with everything you need, plus the coffee and tea bar in the kitchen. We don't have breakfast but you can enjoy the Kurig coffee maker or pick your favorite tea. There are TV's in all the bedroom area's and in the living room. Your dog can enjoy being outside in a safe fenced area location in the back yard. The house sits away from the street, so noise is minimal. Any question's about the home or if you need assistance, this can be addressed with the host. Our neighborhood is located in a farm/residential community. The views all around the home are serene with corn fields and sprawling homes. But convenient to restaurants and shopping and Hwy access. Car, bicycle, uber. Well water and septic system.
