Most people fall in love with Brookside Cottage because it is absolutely charming. Located only 3 miles from Downtown Boone, it is the perfect location for all of your activities. Sit on the deck out back and listen to the babbling brook or play in the big yard. It has all the comforts of home (wifi, cable, fully equipped kitchen, etc.), plus a babbling brook. Also easy access to Boone, ski slopes and most attractions. Both of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and color TV's with cable. The queen bedroom has a super plush mattress which is very comfortable and the twin beds have quality mattresses as well. There are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms with Cable TV. There is easy access with off street parking and no steps. Great for people who might not like steps. Escape the heat and come to cottage stays cool all day long, but there is a window A/C unit for your comfort. I allow small well behaved pets and the pet fee is $25 per pet. Non shedding dogs preferred.
