This second floor walk-up apartment is cozy and quiet. Within walking distance of the local bar/grill, ATM, grocery store, and laundromat. Kitchen is stocked for cooking. We are 22 miles from Rowe Sanctuary, 8 miles from The Crane Trust, 10 miles from Husker Harvest Days, and 16 miles from the State Fair/Fonner Park. Great for Crane Season and Junk Jaunt! Queen bed in bedroom and futon in the living room. No pets, no smoking and no parties. There will be a one time cleaning fee of $35. We live in Wood River, and are available if you need something. Explore fun restaurants in nearby communities: The Vault in Cairo (13 miles) and The Danish Bakery in Dannebrog (24 miles). We have a pack-n-play available upon request.
