Keurig coffee maker + refillable pods, microwave, fridge/freezer, portable cooktop burner, convection toaster oven (holds 13" x 9" pan or 12" x 12" pizza pan), cookware, toaster, kettle, basic dishes & utensils, retractable clothesline, WIFI & TV with satellite tv access & chromecast. The current cleaning charge is in relation to COVID-19 to allot for cleaning products and disinfection between bookings in accordance to airbnb recommendations. The rental includes free parking, self check-in with private entry & the suite is private with no shared spaces. The patio and firepit are also private for the use of guests using this suite. Seasonal - Canoe and kayaks provided with direct access to the lake for paddling as well as some fishing gear. Property owners live on the main floor and are available through Airbnb's messaging to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. We respect your privacy during your stay. Located just 15 minutes west of the city of Owen Sound (shopping, restaurants, brew pub, museums), 10 minutes east of Sauble Beach (shopping, restaurants, sandy beach, aerial park,), 10 minutes south of Wiarton - "gateway" to the Bruce Peninsula (shopping, Bluewater park - swimming, boat launch) & one hour south of Tobermory ("tip of the Bruce"). one hour + to Blue Mountain (down hill skiing).
