Lakefront cozy home on Deerfield Lake within the Hideout Resort Community. This spacious home is great for entertaining. This home has 3 bedrooms but has a bonus second living room downstairs that can opt as a 4th bedroom since it has a private entrance/ door and bathroom on that level. Max guests are 12, Max cars 4. DUE TO COVID ALL AMENITIES ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE OPEN. AMENITIES ARE SEASONAL & WEATHER DEPENDENT. Bed sizes: 2 Queen, 2 Twins, ( 1 Full Futon, 1 Queen sleeper sofa, 3 single cots-all located in downstairs livingroom) House has a paddleboat and private dock in the summer months. We have VCR with some VHS movies, DVD/CD player,(no section to add these items. Keurig, coffee filters, sugar/sweeteners, tea bags. AC mini split unit is located the upstairs dining area which will cover most of the upstairs. No units downstairs since it is retaliatively cooler on the lower level. Resort amenities are weather dependent and seasonal. Fees may apply. You will receive guest badges for amenities. Beaches and pools are free with badge. They are open Memorial thru Labor day. Ski hill opens around Christmas into March. Golf Course is private and fees apply. Contact us for any questions on amenity availability and pricing. They are due to change without our notice. Examples: Snow Tubing was $8.00/hr, Mini Golf was $1.75 per round. Once you reserve you can contact the community recreation office for a full list of current prices of any amenity. HIDEOUT PRIVATE SKI HILL IS SCHEDULED TO OPEN AFTER CHRISTMAS BUT IS WEATHER DEPENDENT. THE RENTAL IS FOR THE HOUSE ONLY NOT THE COMMUNITY AMENITIES SINCE WE CANT GUARANTEE THEM WITH COVID AND OR OTHER RESTRICTIONS THAT ARE UNFORESEEN. House has a lock box which is how you get your key to get inside. The community is gated and you will have to turn in a guest list to the rental office in advance within two weeks of your start date or a $100 late fee will be assessed. Must bring your own sheets and towels for your stay. We will provide blankets and pillows for you.
