Beach passes, Wifi, cable, a/c, kuerig. Fresh sheets towels and beach towels will be provided. The balcony has 2 chairs and a bbq for you to enjoy. Located in West end of Long Beach. Bars, restaurants are plentiful and all within walking distance. It's a great place to just relax and enjoy the balcony You're steps to beach and a 2 minute walk to the west end bar and restaurant scene. laundry in Building. I'll be out of town but I'll have a friend meet you with keys and I'm always a call or text away. Very active and lively in summer. Hit the town or enjoy peace on the beach.
