Poolside Mountain Views and Outdoor Living

We are located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. There is a wonderful outdoor space with a kitchen, fireplace, grill, eating area, pool, WIFI and gorgeous view, especially at sunset. The upstairs BNB space includes a kithenette, bathroom, living space, large bedroom and separate entrance. The location is perfect for horse lovers, hikers, rafters, bikers, wine enthusiasts, and antique shoppers. We are 20 min from Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) and 10 min from FENCE. The space is on the upper level of our home with a private entrance and locked steel door that separates the BNB from our downstairs. My husband and I do live downstairs. The BNB has just been renovated and includes a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and a vanity and desk space, beautiful tiled bathroom, stocked kitchenette and living room. From the pullout couch, you have a view of the mountains. You can also enjoy the view from our pool area while sitting by the fire or grilling out. Please note that we do close and cover our pool from mid to late October until around mid-March to April. Our guests have shared access to the pool, outdoor kitchen area, fire pit, front porch and all grassy areas. On occasion, we also have guests/family and may share the outside area and pool with you. You can have as much privacy as you would like or we will be happy to interact with you whether that is offering you advice on local activities and restaurants or even being a personal guide while boating on Lake Jocassee to see the numerous waterfalls, hiking/biking on the numerous trails, tubing/kayaking down the Green River or touring the numerous local wineries. Our home sits on 8 acres in a small neighborhood. We often walk around the 2.5 mile circle under shaded trees, rolling hills and quietness. A local farm stand and horse farm is on the walk. There are numerous local shops and restaurants in the nearby mountains towns. All of the following activities are within 15 minutes to an hour from our home: - hiking to Pearson Falls, Little Bradley Falls, Table Rock, Blue Wall Passage - Blue Ridge Parkway - numerous local wineries and breweries with beautiful views - boating on Lake Bowen, Lake Lanier, Lake Lure, Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee- golfing at the Cliffs at Glassy - ziplining at The Gorge in Saluda - Tryon International Equestrian Center and FENCE - North Greenville University and USC Upstate -Biltmore Estate - BMW Performance Driving Experience And so many other beautiful places My husband and I also live on the property. We live downstairs, while the BNB is upstairs. The BNB has a separate entry and is completely separated from the main house by a locked steel door. Our dog and three cats also live on the property.
