Close to toll road and expressway. Room features unique architecture with bonus loft space, ceiling fan, desk space with window. Each gable window has outdoor lighting accessed from room. Bathroom remains private while larger room with balcony is under renovation. Washer and dryer on premise Shared 1st floor living room with fireplace, country kitchen, and bathroom with garden tub. Private living space on second floor with keyed entry I am a travel nurse so I may be away, however, I have a property manager that is frequently on site and can be reached by phone. She is 3 miles away We are a private neighborhood off a private road. We consist of 7 homes with a minimum of 2 acres each and a few more property owners that live off site. It is a child and pet friendly neighborhood. We ask that everyone drive responsibly and be aware of roaming pets and children. You may encounter an occasional duck or goose, along with a few dogs and cats. Our road, JesseBo Lane, is gravel. My driveway is at the end of our cul-de-sac. There is a generous amount of wildlife that roam the property The toll road is approximately 2 miles and 94 expressway approximately 3 miles. I work PRN at Porter Regional Hospital, it takes me 20 minutes Winters can be brutal here, with that being said, all wheel or 4 wheel drive is recommended in the winter
