It is located on a quiet side street .4 miles away from Forest Beach and walking distance to beautiful trails and conservation land where you can watch the osprey and sea birds. It is a direct walk the beach, no busy roads to cross. It is walking distance to popular Pisces restaurant and Talkative Pig, about 1/2 mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and a ten minute drive to downtown Chatham or Harwich. The ferry to Nantucket is just 2 miles down the road. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed. It is ideal for a couple or a couple with 1-3 children, or two adult couples. The common space has a great couch and 50 inch TV, Roku and Apple TV.
