This 2 bedroom apartment in Beulah, ND is perfect for guests! Very spacious and comfortable! Conveniently located in Main Street and not far from all of Beulah's attractions. This unit includes a full kitchen, perfect for guests that don't want to eat out every day. Bedding, towels, pots, pans, silverware, wifi and a smart tv in the living room is included! Daily, weekly and monthly stays welcome! Minimum of 3 night stays. We are pet friendly, but charge a $200 per pet minimum fee. Maximum pets allowed; 2. Full kitchen, fully furnished with a couch, bed, tv, dining room table and MORE! Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The window unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Unit is located on the first floor! Available for quick responses from 9 - 5 week days and limited response after hours and on weekends. If an emergency comes up we will make ourselves available. Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
