Pleasant Breezy Trade Winds blow from ocean through condo out mountain side windows and most of the time are more comfortable than A/C! For times when the winds are light, there are lots of fans. On 1st level: kitchen, living room with lanai, bedroom, bathroom. On 2nd level: 2 bedrooms, 2 lanais, 1 bathroom and washer/dryer. There is a Queen bed in each of the 3 bedrooms, 1 Queen sofa sleeper in living room and one twin bunk bed in the main floor bedroom. Effective Oct 15, 2020 quarantine can be avoided with pre-travel negative Covid-19 test. Effective July 8, 2021 quarantine can also be avoided with documentation of being fully vaccinated (2 weeks past last shot). Property location: Pat’s at Punaluu, 53-567 Kamehameha Highway, Hauula, HI 96717 which is a legal rental, exempt from Bill 89/Ordinance 19-18 (per Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting). There is some construction ongoing at the exterior of the building (concrete spalling repair), currently down below, in and above the parking lot, not on the beach side. It may be noisy during normal business hours. One parking pass for one vehicle in parking lot and additional parking on street.
