Country Solitude II

I offer a calm relaxing space 1 block off the Delaware river on the NY border. There is great trails for hiking and biking in the area , rafting/ kayaking the Delaware , or a leisurely ride along the famous Hawks Nest. Foliage trails and farm markets surround us. Winter months offer nearby skiing, snow tubing, and snowshoeing. Fire pit is available year round. Outdoor lounge area in warmer months. A space will be set up in your room with items you might need to enjoy your stay . Coffee pods, organic tea, filtered and bottled fresh water, and healthy snacks. Toilet paper, paper towels, body wash & lotion and fresh towels will also be provided in private bathroom. Initial towels will be provided in the bedroom. If second guest room is needed for more than the 2 original guests, charge will be an additional $25 per person per night, plus $30 cleaning fee. Total guest accommodation is 4 people. If booking both rooms- bathroom will be shared by all parties. Outdoor lounge area and bbq grill is available in summer months. Outdoor fire pit is available year round. Please let me know if you will be using fire pit. I’m available anytime via text or phone call. I offer as much privacy as you desire, but am available for a chat or recommendations for nearby activities and dining. Quiet family neighborhood. Close to train station and Action Bikes ( within walking distance) offers daily bicycle rentals. Taxi cabs are main transportation.Walking distance to local restaurants and bars. Most dining spots and shops are within walking distance, including the local brewery. Taxi is main form of transportation when not walking. Tv is available in this room via Roku TV. I have high speed internet and offer Hulu, Net Flix, and Prime. This room is in the far corner of the home next to other guest room. If second room is occupied, please keep in mind the bathroom will be shared with other guest. Home is shared with 2 cats and 1 small friendly dog. Only small dogs will be allowed with inquiries first. No cats will be allowed.
