The villa has recently been upgraded with new paint, new kitchen, new furniture and there is also a private terrace, all fenced-in with a lovely patio set and two lounge chairs for reading a book or sun tanning. You will enjoy eating outside under the covered dining area after grilling your favorite meal on the propane BBQ (to save on the restaurant bills). Included with your stay is high-speed internet service, premium cable channels, a 55 inch HD TV, a great sound system, free telephone calls (local only), and a hotel style digital safe! The villa offers top quality accommodation with two bedrooms; - Master bedroom with king size and a private full bathroom. - Guest bedroom with queen size bed and a private full bathroom. - Roll-away cot, single with mattress. The living room is very spacious with beautiful exposed wooden cathedral ceilings and large patio doors which bring in a lot of natural light. The open floorpan also includes a dining area next to the living room and a fully equipped galley style kitchen. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans so you can open the doors and let the breeze flow though if you decide to not use the air-conditioning. Also included are quality linens, large beach towels, one bottle water (5 gal.) and propane for the BBQ. The villa is exceptionally clean, bright and very comfortable. There is a reference binder in the Villa with lots of information with maps, suggestions of activities, and more. No car is needed as everything is nearby but if you do rent a car, there are two private parking spots just in front of the villa.
