This private cottage sits on a 43 acre property, has a King sz. bed, fireplace, kitchenette, large deck, fire pit and more! Enjoy the onsite wooded hiking trails, golf across the highway at Ferndale Golf Club, enjoy the SE Mn. biking trail or tube/canoe/kayak the Root River- both only 2 miles away. Snowmobilers-jump right on the trail from the property! Enjoy the many wooded hiking trails on the property! Relax in the hammock; enjoy the oversized deck; have a (Website hidden by Airbnb) many ways to enjoy nature right on this 43 acre property! In summer: hiking, biking, golfing, canoeing, tubing, kayaking... all within close proximity of the cottage or directly onsite. Park onsite, right by the cottage. This includes snowmobiles, for trail riding enthusiasts. The SE Mn. bike trail is 2 miles away, as well as the Root River. Ferndale Golf course is a quick walk or drive across the highway for you golfers. There are 4 super friendly and curious cats that live on our property. They may try to visit you. Feel free to ignore them if you’re not a cat person, but know that they love people and attention.
