Mexico’s Famous Wine Country Guadalupe Valley,28 min away! 24min Rosarito town. 🍷 Wine/Beer 🍻 cooler available per request with combination lock 🔐 Wifi Available. This house is very spacious and it includes a full bathroom and 2nd full bathroom 🛁 outside of the house to shower too. There is a reading room in the house with a Sofa 🛋 Bed to use as well an Air blown mattress for additional guest. Kid friendly/ Pet friendly. New/Old DVD 📀/ video cassette TV with video cartoon cassettes. Kids plastic silverware. SELF CHECK-IN, Our home is located in a gated community. Our guests have access to the entire house. House has several guests areas overlooking the 🌊Ocean & Mountains ⛰. Self check-in with 🔐 Lock 📦 Box . I have my brother-in-law in the premises currently painting the outside of the house and maintaining the area. He can serve as a handyman or to do local shores only if requested. A very quiet and peaceful atmosphere in this private gated community. There will be a remote control for the front entrance gate and side gate too. Walking to the Beach or Biking 🚴‍♂️ if you have your own bike, local Taxi available as an option or your own vehicle too. Uber it’s available most of the times. My brother-in-law will be hosting too and may be an option as a driver and to show you around the areas only if requested for food or 🍷 TOUR for an additional fee may be apply if he’s service is requested.
