Enjoy balcony views of the Juniata River and the neighboring two parks while being within walking distance to everything downtown. 553 sq. ft. of space, laundry facilities, full kitchen, outdoor charcoal grill, and even tubes for the river make this space perfect for extended stays. Fishermen and kayakers will love the close access to the river. Just a 10 minute walk to the Amtrak station, restaurants, and groceries. This unit is located on the second floor with no elevator. Close to downtown with beautiful river and park views. Full kitchen and in-unit laundry make the space ideal for extended stays. Guests will have private entrance. Studio apartment has full kitchen and laundry located in unit, not shared. Shared use of side yard and grill (must bring own charcoal). Unit contains fishing gear (must acquire PA license) and water tubes for river use, but access to the river is shared, not private. Guests will have complete privacy, but can reach out to hosts via our cell phones or the app. We live and work nearby and can assist if something is needed also. Uber availability is a bit limited around Huntingdon. Unit is on second floor, with no elevator and is accessed from outside staircase. It is located over an operating business, and there is an additional occupied apartment next door. Noise levels must be maintained during weekday work hours and daily after 10pm. The train tracks and Amtrak station are right across the river from the apartment. You will be able to watch the trains (and hear them) from the unit. We welcome fishermen and provide some basic fishing gear, but a PA Fishing License must be purchased. Visit the PA State Fish and Boat website for regulations.
