London room w private bathroom

Queen size bed, dresser and closet. 1 bathroom share with one more room, kitchen, dining, laundry room. Lock in the room. WiFi, near Lavon Lake, huge backyard, fig trees. The guest may use the patio, kitchen, living, dining and laundry room. I have two rooms out for rent and they share one bathroom. i only allow one guest per room.
